Carhartt men's coats, jackets, tees, and sweats have a generous fit. For the best fit, we recommend ordering one size down from your usual size.
We recommend coming into the store and trying things on for your first fit, so you can judge your sizing accurately.
Example: If you are an XL in New Zealand, you are likely a Carhartt Large.
Returns, Refunds, and Swaps Policy:
Return Window:
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed, we are unable to offer an exchange unless agreed upon in writing prior.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all ticketing still attached.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Swaps:
We’re happy to offer a size or color swap, under the same conditions as listed above where and when available.
