Shipping Policy

We ship orders throughout New Zealand from our store in New Brighton, Christchurch.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, new product drops, promotions, or large restocks, dispatch may take a little longer.

Custom Printed Orders

Custom printed garments are made in-house and require additional processing time.

Most custom printing orders are completed within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on order size, garment availability, and artwork requirements.

If we need to order garments from AS Colour or another supplier before printing, we’ll let you know if this is likely to affect your turnaround time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are at a flat rate of 15 dollars per shipment. 

Delivery Times

Once your order has been collected by the courier, typical delivery times are:

South Island: approximately 1–3 business days
North Island: approximately 2–4 business days
Rural deliveries: please allow additional time

These are estimates only. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update after your parcel has been collected.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been collected by the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be paid by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate it with the courier.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged and include photos of the parcel and contents where possible.

Click & Collect

Local customers are welcome to collect their order from Tide & Timber in New Brighton, Christchurch where Click & Collect is available at checkout.

We’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
