Getting your custom clothing printed at Tide & Timber is easy!
1. Send Us Your Design
Email us your logo, artwork or design idea. Don't have finished artwork? We can help you get your idea ready for printing.
2. Choose Your Garments
Choose from our range of quality AS Colour t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, workwear and accessories. We'll help you find the right product, colour and size.
3. Approve Your Design & Quote
We'll check your artwork, confirm the print size and provide a quote. You'll have the opportunity to review a digital mockup before we print.
4. We Print Your Order
Once approved and payment is received, we'll print your order locally at our New Brighton shop. You can collect it in-store or have it shipped anywhere in New Zealand.
Artwork Tips
For the best results, send us a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If your artwork needs some attention, we'll let you know what needs fixing.

What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process that transfers full-colour designs onto garments using heat and pressure. It's ideal for detailed artwork, business logos, colourful graphics and custom clothing.
Is there a minimum order?
No! Whether you need one custom T-shirt or a larger order for your business, we're happy to help. Small orders are our speciality.
How much does custom T-shirt printing cost?
Our custom printed T-shirt prices include the garment and printing:

Can I bring my own clothing to be printed?
We generally print on garments we supply to ensure the best possible results. We stock and source quality AS Colour clothing in a wide range of styles, sizes and colours.
Can you help with my design?
Absolutely! Send us your artwork or idea, and we'll help you get it ready for printing. We can also prepare a digital mockup so you can see how your finished garment will look.
How long does custom printing take?
Most small orders are ready in approximately one week, depending on garment availability and the size of your order. We'll confirm the timeframe when quoting.
Do you print business uniforms and merchandise?
Yes! We print business logos, staff clothing, branded workwear, event merchandise and short runs for independent clothing brands.
Do you ship throughout New Zealand?
Yes! We're based in New Brighton, Christchurch, but we can ship your finished garments anywhere in New Zealand. Local customers are also welcome to collect their orders in-store.
